Coworkden Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the service agreement between you and Coworkden. By signing the agreement, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement replaces all previous agreements and may only be amended in writing.

Basic services included in the standard rate.

Furnished Office Space and Flexible Workspaces.

CoworkDen Share Spaces offers fully furnished office spaces, including flexible workspaces as agreed in the agreement. Any adjustments to the layout of the space may take place during the term of the agreement without additional costs to the custome

Office services

Access and Availability of Services

CoworkDen Share Spaces offers additional office services during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays). Specific arrangements can be made for use outside of business hours. For above-average requests, CoworkDen Share Spaces reserves the right to charge extra fees.

High-Speed Internet

You must comply with the applicable rules regarding the use of internet and network facilities. Unauthorized use of software or content is not permitted.

Network security cannot be guaranteed, but we recommend taking appropriate security measures such as encryption. CoworkDen Share Spaces does not guarantee the continuous availability of services.

Use of Facilities

Agreement Start

At the commencement of the agreement, both parties will jointly inspect the office space. The client confirms that the space is in good condition.

Usage and Limitations

The space may only be used for office purposes. Pets are not allowed, and subletting or sharing the space without permission is prohibited. The name CoworkDen Share Spaces may not be used in connection with the client's business operations.

Address Usage

The address of CoworkDen Share Spaces may only be used as a business and correspondence address, provided all payment obligations have been met. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to terminate the use of the address.

General Rules and Termination

Maintenance and Liability

The customer is responsible for maintaining the space and furnishings in good condition. Any damage caused by the customer or their visitors will be at the customer's expense.

Keys and Security

Keys remain the property of Coworkden and may not be copied or handed over to third parties without permission. Any costs for lost keys will be borne by the customer.

Termination of Agreement and Evacuation

Upon termination of the agreement, the customer must vacate the premises immediately. Damage or repairs required beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.

If the customer continues to use the space without authorization after the agreement has ended, double service charges will be applied.

Payments and Liability

Payment for Standard Services

The standard fee is paid in advance of the month. Invoices must be paid within 14 days.

Liability

CoworkDen Share Spaces is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events such as internet or utility failures, or by other tenants of the building.

The maximum amount for which Coworkden can be held liable is the refund of a reasonable portion of the amount paid for the services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Processing of Personal Data

CoworkDen Share Spaces reserves the right to process personal data and, if necessary, transfer it to third parties for the performance of the agreement, fraud prevention, and the offering of new services or products.
