Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available in the immediate vicinity of our location. There is a parking garage opposite Coworkden, but there is a fee for this.
What is direct debit?
Domiciliation means you register your company at the Coworkden Amsterdam address without being physically present. We will process your mail and can forward it to you digitally.
Is direct debit legal?
Yes, direct debit is completely legal and meets the requirements of the KvK.
Can I register my company with the KvK using your address?
Yes, our address can be used as your official business address for registration with the KvK.
How is my mail processed?
We receive your mail at our address, scan it, and send the scans to you via email. Original documents can be forwarded or picked up upon request.
Are there any restrictions on the type of business that can use direct debit?
No, every type of company, from freelancers to larger businesses, can use our direct debit.
Can I also have packages delivered to your address?
No, at the moment we can only receive letters on your behalf, scan them, and send them to your email address or forward them according to your instructions.
What happens if my business grows and I need a physical office?
Coworkden Amsterdam offers flexible options, from virtual offices to private offices. You can easily upgrade to a physical workspace as your business grows.
How long does it take to set up a domicile service?
After you have filled out the required documents, you can use our address as your official business address within 24 hours.
Can I use the address on my website and business cards?
Yes, the Coworkden Amsterdam address can be used for all your business communications, including websites, emails, and printed materials.
How do I cancel my domicile service?
You can cancel easily by giving us one month's notice. We will then terminate your contract and stop your mail processing.
